Putting your vote in the ballot box
There are ballot boxes for your ballot papers. There are separate boxes for each of the two ballot papers. Try to remember not to fold your ballot papers, as this makes them more difficult to count!
The boxes should be clearly marked. If you are unsure, ask a polling clerk for help. The boxes should be easy to get to and easy to reach. Election staff are being encouraged to put them at a level that wheelchair users can reach easily. The boxes should also have marking around the slot where you post your papers. This is so everyone can see easily where the slot is. If you cannot reach or cannot see, ask a polling clerk to help you.
