Tactile voting template
The template fits over the ballot paper, anyone who finds it hard to read or understand words can use it. The template has flaps covering each of the boxes where you mark your X. Each of these templates has a number. So someone - a friend with Rami or one of the election staff - could help by reading out the candidates names in order and saying which number goes with each candidate. That way Rami only needs to remember what number goes with the candidate he wants to vote for, he lifts the flap, and marks his X on the ballot paper.
